How to connect LaunchDarkly to Solo

Connecting LaunchDarkly to Solo allows you to sync your feature flags and track their statuses directly within your documentation and release notes workflow.

Why connect LaunchDarkly to Solo?

Connecting LaunchDarkly enables Solo to retrieve your active feature flags, rollout details, and variation history. This integration allows you to:

  • View the status of feature flags (e.g., Fully On, Partially On, or Fully Off) directly alongside your documentation suggestions.

  • Link directly to feature flags in LaunchDarkly from your documentation reviews.

  • Snooze documentation updates until a specific feature flag is turned on.

  • Include feature flags as context when generating release notes and identifying outdated documentation.

How to connect LaunchDarkly to Solo

  1. Open your Settings.

  2. Select Integrations from the left sidebar.

  3. Find LaunchDarkly in the list of available integrations. You can select the Code tab to filter the list.

  4. Select Connect next to LaunchDarkly.

  5. You will be redirected to LaunchDarkly to authorize the connection. Follow the prompts to grant access.

  6. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Solo, and LaunchDarkly will appear as connected.
