  • Create tickets from Solo: Create new Jira tickets directly from documentation review suggestions to track pending updates.

  • Link existing issues: Connect existing Jira tickets to documentation reviews to track related work.

How to connect Jira to Solo

To connect Jira to Solo, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Settings.

  2. Select the Integrations tab from the left sidebar.

  3. Locate Jira in the list of integrations. You can select the Issue Tracking filter to find it faster.

  4. Select Connect next to Jira.

  5. You will be redirected to the Atlassian authorization page. Follow the prompts to authorize Solo and grant the necessary permissions.

  6. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Solo. A green checkmark will appear next to Jira to indicate a successful connection.
