Enhanced Documentation Management
We've completely redesigned the experience for managing and reviewing your documentation to make it faster and more intuitive.
New Side-by-Side Review Interface: The "Updates to Review" page now features a new two-panel layout. You can view the full original document on one side while reviewing suggested changes on the other, providing complete context without switching screens.
Visual Text Highlighting: Suggested changes are now clearly highlighted. Outdated text is shown with a red background, and the proposed new text is shown with a green background, making it easy to see the exact differences.
Editable Suggestions: You can now directly edit any suggested text change before accepting it, giving you full control over your documentation's final content.
Improved Navigation: Click an icon next to a suggestion to automatically scroll to its exact location within the full document, saving you time from manual searching.
Smarter Suggestions: Suggestions for outdated documentation will now be automatically marked as "Outdated" and hidden if the original text is no longer found in the source document, reducing clutter.
Advanced Filtering and Display:
The main documentation list can now be filtered by "Active" or "Archived" status, and by the source application (e.g., Intercom, Notion, Confluence).
New "Source" and "Published" columns have been added to the documentation list for at-a-glance information. For sources like Intercom, the specific Help Center name is also displayed.
More Control Over Documentation:
You can now edit the "Topic" and "Instruction" for any documentation created within the platform.
A new "Archive" button allows you to hide documentation that is no longer relevant.
An "Edit Documentation" button now provides a direct link to the editing page in the original source, such as Intercom or Notion.
Publish as Draft to Intercom: When publishing new documentation to Intercom, you now have the option to save it as a draft instead of publishing it live immediately.
Table Support: Tables within your documentation are now properly formatted and displayed.
New Integrations and Enhancements
Connect more of your tools and get better visibility into your data.
Confluence Integration: You can now connect your Confluence spaces to be used as a source for documentation and answers.
LaunchDarkly Integration: A new integration with LaunchDarkly is now available.
Indexing Status: The Integrations page now displays the real-time indexing status for your connected tools, showing whether they are "Indexing..." or "Indexed". This status is also visible on the Repositories page for your codebases.
Manual Sync for Help Desks: We've added "Sync" buttons for Intercom and Zendesk on the Integrations page, allowing you to trigger an immediate data refresh whenever needed.
Automated Release Notes and Formatting
Save time with new automation features for your release notes.
Scheduled Release Notes: You can now schedule release notes to be automatically generated on a recurring basis, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
"Copy for Slack" Button: A new "Copy for Slack" button is available on both Release Notes and Documentation pages. It automatically formats the content to look great when pasted into Slack.
Advanced Customization and Settings
Tailor the platform's output to perfectly match your company's style and workflow.
Custom Voice and Templates: In the new "Configuration" section of your Account Settings, you can now define a specific "Voice" (style guidelines) and "Template" for AI-generated content. This can be set for both Release Notes and external Documentation.
"Verify Answer" in Slack: A new setting allows you to enable a "Verify Answer" button on answers provided in Slack. This lets your team members confirm if an answer was correct, helping to improve accuracy over time. This can be configured for your entire organization or for specific Slack channels.
Onboarding and In-App Support
We've made it easier to get started and find help when you need it.
Welcome Screen: New users will now be greeted with a welcome screen that helps them schedule an onboarding call with our team.
In-App Chat: An in-app chat widget has been added, providing a quick and easy way to contact our support team directly from within the application.
