Connecting your Bitbucket account allows Solo to access your repositories, which is essential for features like generating documentation directly from your codebase. This guide will walk you through the process.
There is no information on how to start the connection process. The following steps outline what happens after the connection process has been initiated.
1. Authorize with Bitbucket
To get started, you'll be securely redirected to the Bitbucket website.
You will be asked to log in to your Bitbucket account (if you aren't already).
Grant permission for Solo to access your account. This is a necessary step to allow Solo to see your repositories.
Once you've given permission, you will be automatically brought back to the Solo application. You will see a message indicating that the connection is in progress.
2. Select Your Repositories and Branches
After the initial connection is successful, you will be presented with a list of your Bitbucket repositories.
For each repository you want to connect, you'll need to enter the name of its primary branch (this is often
mainormaster). If you don't want to connect a specific repository, you can leave the branch name field blank for that one.
3. Save and Finish
Once you have entered the branch names for all the repositories you wish to connect, click the Save button.
That's it! Your selected Bitbucket repositories are now connected to Solo.
